Margaret Baumbusch, MD

Dr. Baumbusch was born in Danbury, Connecticut and grew up in Larchmont, New York and Denver, Colorado. She received an undergraduate degree in economics from Columbia University and worked in investment banking in San Francisco for several years after college. She graduated cum laude from the Yale University School of Medicine and received honors for her thesis on preeclampsia and preterm birth. She completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California, where she received awards for surgical excellence as well as compassionate patient care. Dr. Baumbusch practices general obstetrics and gynecology and has a particular interest in obstetrics and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.

She lives in Fairfield with her husband, Andy, their three young sons, and their yellow lab Huey.
